The Reasons of Economic Crisis

The Global economic crisis touches almost all of us. Till 2008 we all lived in some illusion world, we built- up grandiose plans about our future’s life. And then in one moment all plans burst like a soap bubble. Today these years till 2008 are called ‘’fatty years’’ because people lived far away at their real incomes. It is very important to analyze what happen and make the right decisions in order not to make the same mistakes in the future. Looking back in the past there were some bad economic signs (at the end of XX century and XXI century first years). In my work I will try to discover these signs that were the reasons of economic crisis. As I have found, these signs were: recession and collapse; the unemployed underclass; cheap labor from the East; the working poor; the disadvantaged minority; living on the debts; the myth of economic growth.…
