Letter of Advice

It is my belief that it would only take one letter to Mr Burnett, outlining your legal right as a consumer, for him to agree to either of the actions you wish to take. In the unlikely event that Mr Burnett tried to take this matter to the small claims court I believe the judge would rule in your favour.
