Conclusion
In the course of writing a research paper, the aim and objectives were fulfilled. Theoretical aspects of employee turnover were studied with the help of literary, scientists and online sources review. The characteristics of the SIA “Welkom” (Gallery Park Hotel & SPA) was investigated, employees and methods of its selection and recruitment were also analyzed. Guided by the work done, the author made conclusions as follows:
1. One of the ways to form the labor potential of an enterprise is to select additional worker with the required professional and qualification level as well as a personal characteristic. The selection of staff in the organization is carried out to support the business, the implementation of its strategic goals and to solve employees problems.
2. In the paper was studied the problem of organizing the selection of personnel in the service company, considered the sources of a selection of applicants for vacant positions, studied the methodology and criteria for recruitment, also analyzed the system of personnel selection in the organization and proposed measures to improve its effectiveness.
3. The company is experiencing high competitive pressure since the overall decline in household incomes is reflected in the magnitude of demand for luxury services. Foreign guests most often use online reviews for posting, and the company is not among the top five on the most popular resource. In addition, the author should mention that Gallery Park Hotel & SPA do not have Human Resource management department. The owners of the hotel adhere to the strategy of minimizing costs, including staff costs, which caused this situation. …
