Is it Right to Spank Your Child?

Have you ever walked to the front of a store when you hear a child screaming at the top of their lungs because they want something and the parent has said they couldn't have it? What is your first thought when that happens? Mine goes something like this, "Man, that parent should pick that kid up and swat their butt!"
