The most important thing to keep you fit and healthy is find a perfect balance. It means, that your daily menu needs to confirm with your daily energy use. Each person has individual needs and organism, that’s one of reasons why each person has to have special daily menu. If you just carefully “listen” to your body, you will know what its needs are.
Healthy diet is one of health preconditions. Because without food we can’t live, we need to know what’s good and what’s bad for us. One of ways how can tell, if food is healthy, is nutrition pyramid. On the top is sweets- bad food, on the bottom cereal (bread, pasta…) - healthy food. Healthy diet makes four product groups:
1.crops;
2.fruits, berries and vegetables;
3.milk products;
4.meat and fish, eggs and legumes.
To be healthy you have to keep some rules.
Dieticians say that you need to remember 10 simple rules:
1.Diet needs to be variety.
2.In day needs regular meals.
3.Recommended count of meals is 3-5.
4.It’s necessary to have a breakfast, that’s how you can avoid of overeating during the day.
