Latvian and Texas Court Systems

Latvian and Texas court systems both are based on the Constitution of state. But there is difference between both systems if we talk about the types of courts in each state.
In Latvia there is a three level court system with:
1.)district or town court as inferior courts of the first instance. They have jurisdiction to hear civil, criminal and administrative cases
2.)regional court as appellate courts with divisions for civil, criminal and administrative cases.…
