The dramatic sound of flutes blowing is the start of the introduction. A quote by one of the most famous chef's ever, Jean-Anthelme Brillat-Savarin, "Tell me what you
eat, and I will tell you what you are," is flashed upon the screen. The dramatic music continues, as the screen fades from the quote into an overview shot of a huge arena, full
of ovens, pots, pans and anything else needed to cook. A commentator chimes in explaining the history. "Five years ago, a man's fantasy became reality, in a form never
seen before, Kitchen Stadium a giant cooking arena." …
