Competency - Based Management

While people in Sweden appreciate equality, solidarity and quality of their working lives. As far as I am concerned, the figures about Latvia are quite close to the real situation in the country, what is of course poor.
In conclusion I would like to say that, despite the fact that Latvia and Sweden are both European countries, it would be difficult to adapt to a new place, because there exist a lot of differences between them.
