At the present Taiwan has formal agreements to import workers with only five countries. Malaysia, because of its own economic development, exports nearly no more labor to Taiwan. Besides the rapid growth of Vietnamese workers, Mongolia happens to be a potential labor exporter after the Council for Labor Affairs talks with Mongolia officials since July last year. In order to gain more market share, it is crucial that Philippine government help to increase their labor quality while reduce the missing rate.
