"Lite Brite" and Cognitive Development from Piaget and Vygotsky

From my childhood I recall going over to an older friend's house and playing with a game called "Lite Brite." This was a popular game made by Hasbro which originally was developed in 1968. 20 years later I was five years old and playing the same game with my six year old friend and her two year old younger brother.
