Does the Iraq experience make you re think entering another war? Bush hopes that we will never have to enter another war. Troops are to be used as a last resort. Speaking clearly and and sending clear messages will keep us entering another war. Kerry believes that bush acted too soon. There was no need to send in troops. Doesn't think all other options were exhausted before sending troops in.
