Conclusion
After using brainstorming to evaluate the feasibility of each alternative, Team B came to the conclusion that the most viable alternative to solving the problem would be instituting policies to create a fun and engaging workplace. We felt that this alternative contained the least negative side effects, and would be most effective in solving the problem. In addition, it is probably the easiest to implement and will likely be the most well received.
