Ethics in Business

In addition, if I were an employee in a company, I would also insist on ethical behavior. First, I would have loyalty to the company--making great contribution to my work and obey the rules of the company. I would not see information of my company to the third company. Although I could gain much more money, it is unethical. Second, I would also insist on my own personal values. If managers make wrong decision or unethical policy, I will nit obey their policies even though I will lose my job.
In conclusion, ethics in business is the key to be successful in competing for any corporation, no matter big business or small business, huge departments or little stores. Insisting on ethical behavior is necessary and significant to everybody, no matter top managers or common employee. As long as we remain acting ethically in business, we will get the trading market developing healthfully and the sustainable development of our society.
