Feminism in Our Community

I attended The Vagina Monologues at UNT on Saturday the 12th of February. This was a very different experience for me. I had never been to anything like The Vagina Monologues before. I had heard of The Vagina Monologues and was even curious about it, but had never gone. I guess I was a little scared to. Mainly because I knew that I would have to go by myself and that most of my friends would laugh at me when I told them where I was going.
I was partially right. I did end up going by my self and sitting next to complete strangers, which was kind of awkward in its own respect.…
