Business Plan Checklist

1. Details of the business
The name of company will be LTD “Down train”. This company opens restaurant which will be a littlebit more other, because it will be created in a train with 3 carriages. This train will be special repairing (remonts) and creating with a special equipment (iekārtas) from inside, what is necessary let a restaurant can successful operate (darboties). In two from three carriages there will be a restaurant with a rest room (atpūtas telpa, WC) and in one carriage will be a kitchen with an economic apartment. (strādnieku telpa)
2. Personal details
The serving personell (apkalpojošais personāls) centrain will be accepted with education and work experience. But we will accepting a young person which didn't have a work experience. Provide students with practice.
3. Personnel
The company founded by one person. But the work will be marked by several (vairāki) employees:
1. 1 accountant - will doing all financial obligations.
