Definition of Organizational Behavior

I learned about were Moral Intensity and another was about organizational commitment, which I think could work in an organization; if management, as well as, employees followed it. Another solution, which I am sure we will learn about in this class, which I always found to work in life, is the proposal of negation. Everyone could benefit from becoming better at negotiator. Negation helps people in their business and personal lives, allowing them to compromise with others in a situation that they may feel strongly about I have always wanted to own my own company, this first lesson has given me ample things to think about in how I will run my organization and gives me pleasure to think of work I will learn throughout the course.…
