It can be seen from most aspects that it is necessary for the constitution to be ratified. Establishing a strong, central government will advance our relations with other nations. It will also allow us to pay off our debts to other nations. The constitution will create a standard of law that all states must be held to. This will ensure that everyone is tried equally, fairly, and by a jury. To ensure that the government does not become too powerful the system of checks and balances will prevent the government from becoming too powerful. With this system a tranquil state of peace can be ensured as people do not have to worry about unrest. By passing the constitution we are not only working to help ourselves, but we are also working to help our nation, and make it the best that it can be.…
