Report of "The Baltic Times" About Economics

The biggest problems in economics from all the three Baltic States are in Latvia. Our country always have had problems with money. The most important problems are coruption and money laundering. But it is surprising that we have growth in transport section.
Corruption- it`s notheing unique for Latvia. Corruption doesn`t mean only bribe giveing to policeman or doctor. It also means not to do the things you are supposed to do in your position as an official. Latvia`s Interrior Minister Eriks Jekabsons thinks that this is because of low salaries. He also thinks that it`s done everything to stop corruption, but it still exists.May be this disease is not only in hospitals or policestations but through- out our society.…
