Summary of Project Deliverables
Project management-related deliverables: business case, charter, team contract, scope statement, WBS, schedule, cost baseline, status reports, final project presentation, final project report, lessons-learned report, and any other documents required to manage the project.
Project-related deliverables: research reports, design documents, weekly status report, list of prioritized risks and a financial statement.
1. Research reports: We will show our client many different types of arrangements that they can choose from. Examples include but are not limited to: types of flowers and cuisines (within their budget range).
2. Design documents: We will present our client with different types of designs for the hall, in which the reception is going to be held, and allow for their input.
3. Weekly status report: Because of the budget constraint, we will give our client a report based on the weekly progress of the wedding so that they can make any changes accordingly. This will in turn allow for a greater money management system.
